... We brought this exercise bike from Amazon based on a single five star review at the time. My husband used it all together 4 times (literally, on the fourth time) the leg to the footpad broke. It is not a part that we had to put together, rather, it was an already assembled part. We attempted to contacted AFG many times (leaving phone messages and sending emails-- always unable to get in touch with a real person), just precordings. After calling and emailing the company daily for about a week, we finally got a hold of a person to send us the replacement part. I am not sure why it takes so long to get a hold of a live person, all I know is that the whole process was upsetting because no one was returning our calls and emails. ...
