Lifecycle 9500HR Upright


... I live in an area (greater D.C.) that is laid out for rich people. Close to the city there are good-paying jobs and houses that cost a million dollars and are nothing to write home about. Forty miles to the south lies Fredericksburg, where the home prices are commensurate with the salaries forty miles to the north. However, the jobs in the burg largely involve working at Walmart for minimum wage. This involves a long commute on a completely inadequate highway system alongside a hundred thousand other angry commuters for anyone who wants to maintain a middle-class lifestyle. Thus there is no time or energy at night to go to the gym like I did when I lived in Texas.

Since I am diabetic, daily exercise is essential. My solution to the problem was to purchase some exercise equipment of my own, one of the pieces being this Lifecycle-brand exercise bike. I just can't recommend it highly enough. Park it in front of the TV set and a half-hour later you've had quite the cardiovascular workout. I've had my particular bike since the summer of 1997 and so far it is still functioning. It is very hardy and very versatile with many programmable features and levels. I'm not sure it would travel well, if that is your need. But if you plan to be spending your evenings largely at home it is ideal. ...
