... I order a product on 4/12, it did not arrive until 6/23. 4 weeks after they said on their website promise. This was after numerous times on hold and unanswered phone calls and emails to their CS. Finally it shipped, but the produce was defective and I was told to pay for shipping the warranty items. I said no and wanted a refund. They said I had to pay for return shipping and charge a restocking fee of 30%, even though their website says upto 15%. This company has not customer service. It has been over 5 months now and still no resolution. I have never had such an experience with a company in Customer Service and product quality as I have with the item I purchase from Mercantila. NEVER buy anything from them! ...
