... I've had my Freestyle for several months, and I think it's great! It was kind of a pain to assemble, but it's sturdy and quiet, and if you alternate your pace and position, gives a great whole body work-out. I've been working out at a gym for years, but I don't go as often since I got this. Don't need to. It doesn't stress my joints, either... very low impact. Put some good dance music on and it's fun. I love my Freestyle! ...
