... The bike was delivered in the stated time frame. The protective cover on the front of the bike is broken. It is made of plastic and where the screws fasten the two sides arrived broken away. Customer service hasn't been good. It took 2 days to reach them by phone the first time and was told that Mondays were heavy call days and that it was spring break time. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service for an e-mail that I have sent. I would not recommend this company or product. The e-mail was to ask why the pulse feature on the dispay doesn't work. All the other display options seem to work. ...
