... While I thoroughly enjoy the functionality and features of the unit, I found a major issue when first assembling and using the bike. On assembly at the factory, the bolt holding the right pedal assembly to the axle was crossthreaded and therefore crooked. As a result, the pedal assembly would not go completely onto the axle and was loose and making significant noises with each rotation.
