... When this product came I had to put it together. My only problem was the small tool that tightens the bolts fell into the open part of the wheel section which I had to open to get out. Once that was done everything else was pretty easy to follow. Great directions enclosed. When I ordered my treadmill the company that delivered it put it together for me but I had to put the bike and the elliptical because a different company delivered them. Took me about 5 hours but I put the two products together myself. ...
