... Very, very good product. Only thing is, the "STOP" button broke and fell into the console after two (2) days. Fantastic customer service, though, sent us a new console in a couple of days, no hesitation at all. I am sure it was less expensive than attempting to have someone come out and replace the button, as the mounting housing was part of the interior of the console. All said, I would rate a 96 out of 100. Program choices, including two customized programs for User 1 and User 2 (in addition to other programs), plug in for sound, fan, capacity, speed, incline, and easy-to-understand instructions for use and assembly make this a superior choice. The assembly required is minimal and a 12-year-old could (did) follow the instructions. Worth every penny (and yes, it was a fair number of pennies). ...
